Product Development
TE3CO’s product development follows a phase gate process consisting of six basic individual phases. TE3CO focuses its engineering effort with Phase 2 through 4, and while the product definition effort is concentrated in Phase 1, it is a major component throughout all the phases of product development.
From product development, FMEA review to production and on-going refinement. TE3CO’s technical support team remains engaged throughout the product life cycle. We accept customer design data from all common formats – Solidworks, Autocad, 3D IGES/STEP/STL, 2D DWG/DXF/PDF – even a sketch.
Quality
The international standard ISO 9001:2015 is maintained at all TE3CO locations. Our quality team includes Six Sigma certified specialists. TE3CO has invested in 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine and software that allow our quality team to efficiently and accurately monitor the dimensional accuracy of our machined products, tooling, and fixtures.
TE3CO performs both in-line and final performance quality inspections of new production units. All new production units, valves, and recertified equipment are hydrostatic tested to 22,500psi in our test booths and test reports are provided with all equipment.
